Pay attention to what you watch on TV or read in the paper. The media sells sensational or negative headlines 4 to 1 over more mellow editions. Place your attention on what works rather than what doesn't. Try not to start or end your day by listening to newscasts. Celebrate the good you hear about and pray that we learn from our pain and suffering, rather than dwell on it.
