Vanilla-Rosemary Lemonade
Recipe for the day:

Wendy's Rosemary Lemon Iced Tea (adapted from TwinCities.com 7/4/2013)

1 bunch rosemary, well washed
zest of 2 lemons
juice of 2 lemons
5 cups water
Stevia (or sugar) to taste

In heatproof container, combine rosemary, lemon zest and lemon juice.  Set aside.

Bring water to a boil and pour over rosemary.  Stir and infuse for 2 hours.

Strain and add Stevia to taste.

The original recipe calls for 1 cup sugar to be added to rosemary and lemon but that was too sweet for me.  If using sugar, use 1/2 cup.    I use Stevia drops instead of sugar.  Some day I will try fresh
Stevia leaves.
